Representation Review

At the 20 April 2021 Ordinary Council Meeting, the following motions were passed:

That Council having considered the information received from the Electoral Commission pertaining to the required tolerance between Hallett and Burra and the proposed boundary realignment in accordance with Section 12 8(a) of the Local Government Act 1999, make this information available for public consultation from 28 April 2021 - 26 May 2021; and
That in accordance with Section 12(10) of the Local Government Act 1999, Council give any person who makes a written submission in response to an invitation under subsection (9) an opportunity to appear personally or by a representative before the Council of a Council committee and to be heard on those submissions.
