In accordance with Council’s Purchasing and Procurement Policy, Council is fully committed to the principles of:

• Competitive tendering and other measures to ensure that services are delivered cost-effectively
• Using local goods and services wherever possible

As such, Council will conduct the appropriate method of procurement subject to the value of the goods or services
