My Local Services App

The Regional Council of Goyder has implemented the My Local Services App which delivers local information, as well as a 'report it' feature for residents.

Implementation of the My Local Services App is part of the Regional Council of Goyder improving its customer service delivery on a mobile platform.

Features of the app include;

  • Spotlight

Key messages can be delivered to the community using the Home Screen of the app. Spotlights can link to web pages on the Council website to further inform the community of upcoming events etc.

  • Near Me

Easily discover Council facilities such as parks and playgrounds. The inbuilt mapping device can then guide you to the nearest park, event, library etc.

  • Events

Showcase Council or Community events that are coming up and are relative to the user's location.

  • Report It

Gives the community the ability to report issues which require Council attention such as pavement failures etc.

  • Push Notifications

Has the ability to let ratepayers set reminders related to events and payment of notices.
