CEO Performance Management Panel
Council is responsible for the appointment of the CEO, determining the CEO’s Performance Plan, assessing the CEO’s performance against that plan and determining the remuneration of the CEO.
Council will carry out its functions relating to the appointment, remuneration and performance appraisal of the Chief Executive Officer in accordance with a number of leading practice principles.
Meetings of the CEO Performance Review Panel are held at least annually and are generally held on the same day as ordinary meetings of Council (third Tuesday of each month) at 11:00 am unless advertised otherwise.
