National Volunteer Week is Australia’s largest annual celebration of volunteering and in 2023 was held on 15 – 21 May.
The 2023 theme was The Change Makers. The week-long event recognises the vital support that the millions of volunteers in our country provide to their communities and encourages people to consider volunteering.
The Regional Council of Goyder values the wonderful and extensive contribution that volunteers make to our community. Their hard work contributes significantly to the quality and vibrancy of Goyder…making it a great place to live, work and play!
Get to know some of our wonderful volunteers, and hear what volunteering means to them.
