Published 3rd August 2026
Exciting News!
Burra has been named one of three finalists in the 2026 Ag Town of the Year Awards, alongside Cummins and Waikerie.
Following a highly competitive assessment process, the independent judging panel selected the three outstanding finalists from the Top 10 towns. Each finalist has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting agricultural industries, strengthening community connections, and embracing opportunities for growth and innovation.
We look forward to welcoming the judging panel on 25 August, where we'll have the opportunity to showcase Burra's agricultural innovation, resilience, and strong community spirit.
The winning town will be announced at the official awards celebration on Thursday, 5 November 2026.
