Burra World Heritage Journey:
Chapter 1 - Let's start at the very beginning
Have you heard that a World Heritage Bid is in the works for Burra & Moonta? What does this mean for Burra & the Goyder Region?
Come along to the Burra Town Hall to hear from a panel of local, state and international experts, including UK World Heritage consultant, Barry Gamble. The panel will involve us all in a conversation about what the world heritage bid will involve and the potential impact world heritage status will have on our region.
During the evening we are keen to hear your thoughts, we encourage you to ask questions and to join us in a chat about how you too can be a part of this exciting chapter in history for Burra!
Join us for welcome drinks and nibbles on arrival at 6 pm with the panel discussion starting from 6.20 pm until approximately 8 pm.
