Jumbucks Restaurant is Closed
We are proud of our reputation for providing good, hearty, affordable meals over the past decade. With the current economic climate and the ‘cost of living’ pressures combined with the large proportion of long term guests working on renewable energy projects in the region, patronage of our restaurant has been at an all time low.
We can no longer justify subsidising this service until such time as there is evidence that there is sufficient interest in the restaurant.
Effective 2nd November, 2023, Jumbucks Restaurant is now closed until further notice.

Located onsite at the Burra Motor Inn, our well-reviewed eatery, Jumbucks Restaurant, is a warm & inviting space that opens up onto a lawned outdoor area looking out across the Burra Creek.
Admire the Rail Memorabilia and Australiana whilst you wine & dine in an intimate setting with tasty, freshly prepared food & local wines. Jumbucks Restaurant is preparing meals for dine in, delivery or take away from 6pm on Tuesday's, Wednesday's, Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's.
