Public Consultation Period Extended

The Council gives notice, pursuant to section 222 and 223 of the local Government Act 1999 (“the Act”), that it is considering a proposal to grant to (Collinsville Station):

A permit under section 222 of the Act for a 5-year term to exclusively use the portions of Pulpara and Mallett roads for a business purpose in connection with the business activities on adjacent land.

The roads are marked ‘Red’ and are available here:

The plans are also available during ordinary office hours at the Council Principal Office at 1 Market Square, Burra SA 5417.

Due to the high level of interest and enquiries related to the proposal, Council have extended the public consultation period by a further 28 days, closing 21st June 2023.

The Council will have regard to all submissions received within the required timeframe before making any determination regarding the proposal.

Submissions must be emailed to council@goyder.sa.gov.au or sent by regular mail to Council at 1 Market Square, Burra SA 5417.

Why have the flu vaccine? The flu vaccine helps your body to develop immunity without you getting the flu. The flu vaccine contains several inactivated strains to protect against the most commonly circulating flu viruses each year.
Free flu vaccinations are available for people from six months of age who are at higher risk from getting very sick from the flu.
You can get a free flu vaccination if you are:
▪Pregnant
▪Aged 65 years or older
▪An Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person
▪A person with certain underlying medical conditions
▪Experiencing homelessness.
All children aged 6 months to under 5 years of age can also get vaccinated free.
The free flu vaccine is available through participating GPs, community health centres and Aboriginal health centres.
