Public Consultation 

The Council gives notice, pursuant to section 222 and 223 of the local Government Act 1999 (“the Act”), that it is considering a proposal to grant to (Mr. Andrew Robinson, Lot 174 Main Road):

 A permit under section 222 of the Act for  a 5-year term to exclusively  use  the portions of:

• Unnamed road reserve, from the intersection of Main Road Robertstown in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 100m

The  roads  are  marked  ‘Blue’  on  plans  that  are  available here: Location Map

The plans are also available during ordinary office hours at the Council Principal Office at 1 Market Square, Burra SA 5417.

Interested persons are invited to provide a written submission to the council in relation to the proposal on or before 20th September 2023.

The Council will have regard to all submissions received within the required timeframe before making any determination regarding the proposal.
