How do I apply for Development Approval ?

A Development Application Form can be obtained from the Council offices, together with a schedule of fees. Alternatively, you can download an Application Form via the link - Development Application Form 2012-13 

When filling out your Application Form you may need to refer to the Building Classifications.

You should also check whether a proposed development may impact on endangered ecological communities and will require a vegetation survey to be conducted. Click here for further information in relation to this.

Make sure that you have checked on the compliance requirements, and that you include all the required information and documentation, before submitting your application to enable Council to make an early and informed decision regarding your proposed development.

In addition, Council's Development Officer is able to assist you with your application and also advise you on the fees which will be payable by you in relation to the development assessment process.
